Smoked salmon heart, sea salt whipped cream, and yuzu pearls
Thin slice of pink veal, lightly vinegared tuna cream and capers Brillat-Savarin cream,

Supreme of free-range chicken from La Mangrière farm
cooked at low temperature, the thigh in a small parmentier with morel mushrooms

Get acquainted with Château d’Artigny, its majestic staircase and magnificent salons originally created by Belle Epoque perfumer François Coty: you can have fun recognizing the celebrities of the 1920s on the large fresco adorning the dome of the first-floor Rotonde, lounge on the comfortable sofas in the bar or admire the view over the Indre valley from the terrace. If the weather is fine, bicycles are at your disposal for a ride in the surrounding area. The outdoor swimming pool (June-September), 25-hectare park and tennis courts are just waiting for you, and the icing on the cake is the sauna, hammam and jacuzzi in our Espace Détente.
