Where is Château d’Artigny located?

Château d’Artigny is located in Montbazon, just 15 kilometers from Tours, in the heart of the Loire Valley.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
If you would like to take advantage of a late check-out, please request this at reception (subject to availability).

Can we arrive after 10:00 PM?
The reception desk is open 24 hours a day and there will always be someone there to welcome you.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, the château offers free private parking.

Does the hotel have electric charging stations?

Yes, it has two 22kW charging stations belonging to the “freshmile” system.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome (supplement of €20 per day).

Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the hotel.

Are the Château rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility?

We have two partially accessible rooms (one in the pavilion and one in the château). For more information, please contact us directly.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

All our rooms are equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, TV, safe, minibar, and hairdryer.

Can I iron clothes in my room?

No, but we have a room in the Château equipped with ironing boards and irons.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Only in certain packages. Please check what is included in your chosen package when you make your reservation.

What type of breakfast, what time, and how much does it cost?

It is a buffet-style breakfast with a variety of sweet and savory options, served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at €25 per person (€26 from January 1, 2026).

Is the restaurant open to outside visitors?

Yes, our gourmet restaurant L’Origan welcomes both hotel guests and outside visitors for lunch and dinner, by reservation.

Do you offer specific menus?

Our chef Hervé Guttin and his team offer refined seasonal menus.
Special menus are also available for events such as Easter, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day.
We adapt our dishes to suit your allergies or dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.), so please let us know when you make your reservation.

Is there a bar at the Château?

Yes, the Bar du Château welcomes you in an elegant setting to enjoy a cocktail, an aperitif, or afternoon tea. It is open from noon to 11 p.m.

Can I reserve a table online?

Yes, you can reserve your table directly on our website under the “RESERVE” section or by phone at 02 47 34 30 30.

For brunch, we kindly ask that you reserve online.

Does the Château have a spa?

Yes, our spa is a true haven of peace, open every day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
It includes: a steam room, jacuzzi, sauna, herbal tea room, and treatment rooms.

How do I book a treatment?

Can non-guests access the spa?

Yes, non-guests are welcome to book a treatment or relax in the spa.

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes, the château has an outdoor swimming pool that is heated from May to September. Please feel free to contact us for specific dates.

Can I exercise at the château? Is there a fitness room?

We do not have a fitness room, but we do have three padel courts, a tennis court, and a wooded park for jogging or walking.

Can I ride a bike in the Château’s park?

We have regular bikes available at reception, and in the summer we can rent you electric bikes.

How to get to Château d’Artigny?

By car: 2.5 hours from Paris via the A10 (exit 24 Montbazon).
By train: Tours or Saint-Pierre-des-Corps stations are 20 minutes away.
By plane: Tours Val de Loire airport is 25 minutes away.

Is there a transfer or taxi service?

We can arrange a private transfer from the train station or airport upon request. The cost is between €60 and €70 per trip.

What tourist attractions are nearby?

The Château d’Artigny is ideally located for exploring the châteaux of the Loire Valley:
Chenonceau, Villandry, Amboise, Azay-le-Rideau, as well as the vineyards of the Loire Valley and the city of Tours.

I received a gift box: how can I make a reservation?

Most of our offers include free cancellation up to two days before arrival.

Can we organize a wedding or family meal at the Château?
